Elucidate Psychology offers neuropsychological assessments and psychological therapy to children, adolescents and adults. Other services include therapy assistance programs, assessments for individuals seeking to undergo gender affirming treatment and a number of groups (both social and skills-building).
Our team has expanded and we now have psychologists who are accepting new patients for psychological therapy.
We are also excited to announce Dr Bronwyn Coward, senior clinical neuropsychologist, has joined Elucidate Psychology. She is accepting referrals for both paediatric and adult neuropsychological assessments. Find out more about Dr Bronwyn here.
Philosophy
Elucidate Psychology was founded by Dr Lei Gryffydd. They wanted to create a practice with intersectional values dedicated to delivering exceptional psychological services.
Elucidate Psychology acknowledges the prejudices and biases in western psychology which have historically prevented minoritised, marginalised and underrepresented groups from receiving proper care. These continue to impact the quality of assessments and treatment provided to these groups.
We are committed to providing an inclusive service for people of all backgrounds, irrespective of race, ethnicity, culture, gender, sexuality or abilities. We prioritise patients and value their experiences. Providing accessible and affordable high-quality psychological care is our primary goal.
